In an unprecidented move, Marilyn Stewart has sent a dictate to Delegates for the September 3rd House of Delegates meeting.  The attached letter was mailed to all Delegates while Ms. Stewart was spending extensive time with her new "best friend"...Mayor Richard Daley...at the Democratic National Convention.  Members:  Read this and judge for yourselves.
